Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Deep Tech Engineer to join our AI & Innovation Engineering team. In this role, you will design and implement advanced AI-powered solutions using Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern cloud-native technologies.
You will act as a hands-on technical leader, driving end-to-end solution development, from requirements gathering and architecture design to implementation and deployment. This role requires deep expertise in AI, data platforms, cloud architecture, and scalable system design.
Objectives of the Role
- Design and build AI-driven solutions for advertising and marketing platforms
Architect scalable cloud-native applications using Azure and Microsoft technologies
Develop data pipelines and real-time analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric
Lead technical innovation initiatives and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions
Drive performance optimization and scalability improvements
Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices
Deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure applications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation
Design AI-enabled solutions using Azure AI Services
Architect and build data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric
Translate business requirements into technical architecture
Develop scalable AI and ML solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Deliver technical documentation and solution demos
Drive innovation initiatives and POC development
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years of software engineering / solution architecture experience
3+ years in cloud AI/ML solutions
Experience in designing scalable enterprise solutions
Technical Skills
Azure & Microsoft Technologies (Mandatory)
- Azure AI Services (OpenAI, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services)
Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Real-Time Analytics)
Azure DevOps
RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault
Programming & Engineering
- Python (Preferred), C#, or TypeScript
PySpark, SQL
ETL/ELT pipeline design
