Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management and excellent analytical skills.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Manage and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

  • Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make informed decisions.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with processes and implement controls to prevent errors.

  • Train and guide team members on new processes and procedures.


Job Requirements



  • Strong understanding of process management principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams.

  • Experience with process improvement tools and techniques, such as Lean or Six Sigma.

  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, with the ability to apply them in practice.
