Job Description

Key Skills: CRM, SAP CRM, Implementation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM requirements and provide tailored SAP CRM solutions.
• Implement and configure SAP CRM modules to meet business needs.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business processes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM configuration and customization
• Experience in CRM business processes and technical implementation
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions
• Experience in SAP CRM module implementation and integration
• Knowledge of system testing, debugging, and issue resolution
• Ability to provide end-user training and functional support
• Experience working with cross-functional teams for system integration
• Familiarity with SAP ecosystem and related modules
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
