Job Title: Team Leader Operations (BPO/E-commerce)
Location: Lucknow & Bangalore

Job Summary:

Shiningstars ITPL is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader for BPO operations in the E-commerce domain. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and a proven track record of achieving performance targets in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of E-commerce customer support executives
• Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor key performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, QA scores, and productivity
• Conduct team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
• Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years in BPO (E-commerce domain)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
• Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)

• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Team handling and leadership capabilities

Compensation:

• Lucknow: Up to 4.5 LPA
• Bangalore: Up to 5.2 LPA

Work Mode:

• Work from Office (On-site role in Lucknow)
