Profile 1 - UAT Tester
> 2 to 7 years of experience -4 LPA to 9 LPA
Summary:
>User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is the final phase of software testing, where actual users or clients test the software in real-world scenarios to ensure it meets business requirements before going live. A UAT Tester verifies that the system works as intended and provides a seamless experience for end-users, focusing on usability, functionality, and performance
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience of Trade Finance products.
- Experienced in Agile/DevOps Testing methodology
- Understanding and experience of working in KSA market with knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Familiar with trade regulations such as UCP, ISBP etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Test Cases and Test Scripts based on requirements provided by the Business teams
- Support the execution of Business Test Scripts & Report defects/bugs using test management tool
- Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
- Ensuring that feeds/reports generated to and from partners are accurate and as per business expectations
- Preparing reports and dashboard as required on daily/weekly basis
- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements and potential problems
- Understanding of UAT lifecycle & services will be preferable.
- Knowledge of digital trade finance platforms.
- Certificate in Testing such as ISTQB will be preferable
- Coordinated end-to-end UAT cycles for multiple concurrent software projects, managing timelines, test coverage, and stakeholder sign-off within strict release windows typical of large-scale financial institutions
- Strong Knowledge of Software development life cycle
Profile 2 - UAT Test Lead
> 7 to 13years of experience-9 LPA to 18 LPA
Summary:
> A Test Lead - UAT (User Acceptance Testing Lead) is the professional responsible for overseeing the final phase of software testing before it goes live, ensuring the system meets business requirements and user needs. They manage the end-to-end UAT process, including creating test plans, coordinating testers, managing defects, and securing business sign-off.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of experience of Trade Finance Products
- Minimum 1 year of experience of leading a UAT team of 8-10 resources
- Familiar with the trade regulations such as UCP, ISBP etc.
- Have experience in Agile/DevOps Testing methodology
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 year of experience of leading a UAT team of 8-10 resources
- Review business scenarios, use cases, test scripts basis Business requirements
- Review and address requirement gaps, test plans, and test scenarios
- Analyze tests results, capture, and record all system defects, provide deployment
- Support in preparing Test Cases & and Test Scripts based on requirements provided by the Business teams
- Support execution of Business Test Scripts & Reporting defects/bugs using test management tool wherever required
- Ensure defects are tracked, monitored and closed efficiently
- Liaise with third party vendors when defects involve external systems
- Facilitate defect triage meetings to prioritize fixes
- Work with developers, test execution analysts and Business Analysts to resolve issues
- Highlight risks, blockers and trends to stakeholders
- Knowledge of digital trade finance platforms
- Strong knowledge of Software development life cycle

Profile 3 - UAT Test Manager
> 13 to 16years of experience- 15 LPA to 25 LPA
Summary:
> A UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Test Manager bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring software meets business requirements and user needs before release. They plan, coordinate, and lead end-user testing, managing test scripts, defects, and final stakeholder sign-off.
Key Skills:
- 13+ Years of experience of Trade Finance products such as LCs, Guarantees
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team of 15+ (Test leads and Testers)
- Understand STLC and the full project lifecycle with concentration around testing
- Experience in Agile and SDLC/Hybrid
- Familiar with trade regulations such as UCP, ISBP etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 15+ (Test leads and Testers)
- Implement Testing Standards & Test Strategies. Schedule and assign daily test design activities
- Define & report test progress on day-to-day basis and track KPIs, SLAs, Test metrics & create dashboards
- Stakeholder management & communication with internal & external teams
- Working across multiple cross-functional teams to facilitate the UAT project
- Set defect management process. Stakeholders management to provide the required level of participation in resolving a defect
- Knowledge of digital trade finance platforms
- Basic Understanding of UAT lifecycle & services will be preferable
- Certificate in Testing such as ISTQB will be preferable
- Understanding and experience of working in UAE market with knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
