Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer (Manual Testing) with strong expertise in Web UI testing, API testing, and database validation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of owning the complete manual testing lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to understand application functionality.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for web applications.
• Perform manual testing of Web UI across multiple browsers and platforms to ensure compatibility and usability.
• Conduct Web API testing (REST APIs) using tools such as Postman or similar.
• Validate data using SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement review meetings and provide testability feedback.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and defect metrics.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
