Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium-based test automation and database testing. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in designing test scenarios, writing test scripts, and following industry-standard QA processes and testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
- Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Perform database testing and validation using MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Design detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Apply appropriate testing methodologies and techniques across the testing lifecycle
- Conduct QA reviews to ensure adherence to defined testing processes and standards
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members
- Provide regular test status reports and quality insights to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- 37 years of experience in test automation using Selenium
- Strong experience in database testing, including:
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- Solid knowledge of QA processes, testing methodologies, and best practices
- Proven experience in:
- Designing test scenarios
- Writing and executing test scripts
- Understanding and applying different testing techniques (functional, regression, integration, etc.)
Good to Have
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of API or performance testing tools
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
