Your Responsibilities:

Handle seller queries via calls, chat, and email support, providing accurate and timely solutions

Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and experience, ensuring a seamless customer journey

Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards, maintaining productivity and service quality benchmarks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

We're Looking for:

Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in international BPO customer service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
