Job Description

Hands on experience with GHCP (GitHub Copilot Platform) or Claude Opus 4.6 (LLM integration via APIs) ? Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs ? Solid understanding of automation frameworks, workflows, and system integration ? Experience working with SQL Server or relational databases ? Proficiency with Git and source control practices Key Responsibilities BAU Automation & Process Optimization ? Identify, analyze, and prioritize BAU activities suitable for automation across business and technology teams ? Automate repetitive, high volume, and error prone operational tasks ? Build automation solutions for activities such as: o Data validation and reconciliation o Report generation o Monitoring and alerting o Ticket classification and triaging o Exception handling AI & Intelligent Automation Implementation ? Design and develop AI powered automation solutions using: o Machine Learning and rule based automation o NLP for document processing, emails, and ticket analysis o GenAI (GHCP / Claude Opus 4.6) for summarization, classification, and knowledge assistance ? Implement end to end automation pipelines, integrating AI models with enterprise systems through secure APIs ?
