Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts & Rotational Week Offs.


Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from US customers
Resolve customer issues and provide product information
Achieve key performance metrics (KPIs)
Accurately document call details and customer interactions.


Requirements:
Excellent spoken English skills
Flexibility to work rotational shifts
Bachelors degree (graduates last 5 years)
