Role & responsibilities

Lead design of bespoke products, installations, and spatial objects
Translate client ideas into thoughtful, craft-led design directions
Work closely with artisans and craft clusters
Create sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings
Balance creativity with feasibility

Preferred candidate profile

35 years in product design
Strong conceptual thinking
Appreciation for Indian materials & craft traditions
Proficiency in design tools (Rhino / SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Adobe Suite)
