QUALIFICATION: B. Com/ M.com/ MBA (Finance)


Job Description Summary:

Responsible to carry out daily accounting functions across various verticals like AP, AR and General Ledger by maintaining the defined accuracy. Should be able to maintain the reports at various frequencies. Contribute to the success of the team by participating in daily team huddles or meetings.

Responsible to carry out daily accounting functions across various verticals like AP, AR and General Ledger by maintaining the defined accuracy. Should be able to maintain the reports at various frequencies. Contribute to the success of the team by participating in daily team huddles or meetings.

Technical competencies :

  • Demonstrate working knowledge and or understanding of Principles of Financial and Cost Accounting ,IFRS and Ind-AS standards , Principles for financial reporting purposes Depreciation accounting ,Capitalization of assets, Basics of Auditing rules , Accounting processes
  • Understanding of Bank statement reconciliations, Internal policies on audits
  • Conduct data analysis with the intended purpose of improving processes
  • Identify improvement areas and quantify critical process elements
  • Develop tracking mechanisms designed to update management and employees and measure progress against objectives.
  • Communicating in an effective and timely manner to concerned stakeholders
  • Exhibiting excellent communications skills, in order to deal with all levels of management
  • Ability to identifying areas of improvement and facilitating improvement projects which can result in significant improvement in profitability
  • Demonstrate working and or understanding of the Financial tools/ERP Oracle R12 used and various other tools to facilitate accounting functions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of communication protocol for stakeholder groups
  • Escalate issues as and when necessary
  • Awareness and adherence to Information security requirements
  • Excellent Communication
  • Flexible for US Shift
  • Excellent knowledge in accounts
  • Good typing speed
  • Good interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.

Professional work experience: Fresher
