2) Experience- Min 8-12 years of experience in an HR role (HR Operations).

Skills-
- Strong understanding of HR operations, administration, and generalist activities.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and statutory compliance for employees.
- Handle employee grievances and engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure timely completion of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, on boarding, and off boarding processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
