Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BI Lead to drive enterprise-wide data analytics and reporting initiatives. The role involves leading BI strategy, managing data visualization and reporting platforms, mentoring BI developers, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the Business Intelligence roadmap aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI developers and analysts
Establish BI standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Data & Analytics
Design and oversee dashboards, reports, and KPIs for various business functions
Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and insights
Technical Ownership
Oversee data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) and semantic layers
Work closely with Data Engineering teams on ETL/ELT pipelines
Ensure optimal performance of BI tools and data warehouses
Support cloud-based BI and analytics platforms
Stakeholder Management
Partner with senior leadership to understand reporting needs
Present insights and recommendations to executives
Drive adoption of self-service BI across the organization Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong experience in BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik)
SQL expertise (complex queries, performance tuning)
Data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Analytical & Business Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Experience defining KPIs and business metrics
Ability to convert data into actionable business insights
Leadership & Communication
Proven experience leading BI or analytics teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence decision-making using data storytelling
