IT Recruiter
Location: [Bangalore] Type: [Full-Time] | Experience: 1+ Years { Work from office }
Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical hiring, with a strong focus on contract and contract-to-hire (C2H) staffing. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Sourcing: Identify active and passive technical candidates using job boards (Naukri, Dice, etc.), LinkedIn, and networking.
- Contract Staffing: Drive hiring for contract/C2H roles, managing rate negotiations, vendor relationships, and contract compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical needs and provide pipeline updates.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and track progress in our Applicant Tracking System

Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of proven IT recruitment experience.
- Specialization: Hands-on experience with contract staffing, rate negotiations, and margin calculations.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of technical roles (Developers, DevOps, Cloud, etc.) and IT jargon.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
