Post: Lobby Manager / Duty Manager
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience
Job Description:
- Welcome and assist VIP guests during arrival and departure
- Supervise front office operations and staff behavior/appearance
- Ensure accurate guest registration and smooth check-in/check-out
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Coordinate with departments to maintain efficient hotel operations
- Assist with room issues, messages, and guest services
- Manage room allocation, no-shows, and walk-in guests during busy periods
- Support reception, concierge, cashier, and other front office sections
- Approve allowances, rebates, and late check-out charges
- Maintain guest relations, staff coordination, and hotel policies
- Oversee operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling
