Job Description

Role & responsibilities

An Account Manager in ISP sales is responsible for maintaining long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and responsible for entire LCM of the Customers

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of ISP customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders

2. Revenue Growth & Sales

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue quotas
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies

3. Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular business reviews and meetings
  • Understand client goals and align solutions accordingly
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

4. Solution Selling

  • Work closely with internal teams (product, support, network & finance team )
  • Present tailored solutions to solve client business problems
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

5. Market & Account Insights

  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activity
  • Provide feedback to improve products/services
  • Maintain CRM data and sales reports

Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools ( like Salesforce )
  • Understanding of complete sales cycles ( long, complex deals)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
  • 38+ years experience in ISP sales or account management
  • Experience handling large accounts or key clients

  • Revenue growth from assigned accounts
  • Client retention rate
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Deal size and sales cycle efficiency
