Job Description

- Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.
- Driving business targets through insurance advisors.
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.
- Groom advisors for the next level of partnership.

Required Candidate profile

1.Must be Graduate.
2.Minimum 1yr to 3yrs of experience in insurance Sales
3.Age should not be more than 32
