Job Description
Job Title: IT Recruiter C2H
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions on a contractual basis for various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H IT requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates
- Negotiate rates/salary and ensure quick closures
- Manage contractor onboarding and documentation
- Maintain strong pipeline for niche and bulk hiring
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 25 years of experience in IT recruitment (C2H hiring preferred)
- Good understanding of IT skills and technologies
- Experience working with vendors/clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skils
