Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

1. Responsibility in handling the incoming and outgoing calls of the office and provide accurate information.
2. To take care of all the visitors and direct them to the appropriate authority or place.
3. Responsibility in handling petty cash expenses and provides the bills against cash on time
4. Preparing monthly reports of all the courier services along with the stationery, pantry, housekeeping reports.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must have good communication skills.
