Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Perform Aadhaar enrolment, update, and correction services as per UIDAI guidelines
Handle walk-in public queries professionally and efficiently
Verify documents and ensure accuracy of resident data
Operate UIDAI-approved systems, biometric devices, and software
Maintain daily transaction reports and records
Follow government compliance, data security, and confidentiality norms
Coordinate with centre supervisor for smooth operations

Key Requirements:

02 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
Strong interest in Government / UIDAI projects
Ability to handle the public with patience and professionalism
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
Sound knowledge of UIDAI processes (preferred)
Good communication skills in local language and basic English.
The candidate should be proficient in working on a laptop and have basic laptop operating skills.
UIDAI Certification.
