Job Description

We are looking for experienced candidates for an International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior relevant experience in handling international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Document call details and follow up when required
• Meet performance and quality targets

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience in an international voice process (mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are not eligible
• Candidates with irrelevant experience will not be considered
• Must have relevant experience in international voice support

Work Schedule:

• Must be willing to work in night shifts / graveyard shifts
