Job Description
Role
- Accurate Invoice Generation: Creating and issuing accurate customer invoices in accordance with local tax laws (VAT, GST) and international standards.
- E-Invoicing and Portal Management: Uploading invoices into customer portals and managing electronic invoicing (EIPP) to ensure on-time delivery.& responsibilities
- Proactive Collection Follow-up: Communicating with customers via email and phone to ensure timely payments and manage overdue accounts (dunning).
- Dispute Resolution: Identifying, logging, and resolving billing discrepancies, short payments, or deductions in collaboration with sales/customer service teams.
- Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly AR reporting (aging analysis, collection forecasts) for management.
- Daily reporting to US controller & Sales leader on key accounts
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have hanleded global AR role in BPO with min 5 years of exp in international process.
- Should have prior exp in dealing with US controller & counterparts.
- Must have handled US customers ( B2B) collections process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Shift timing - 5PM -2AM
