German Language Expert @ IntouchCX

Job Description

We are hiring a German Language Expert (B2 Certified) to join our international support team. The role involves handling customer interactions in German and English, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in German and English
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during interactions
• Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
• Meet quality standards and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

• German language proficiency (B2 Certification mandatory)
• 04 years of experience in customer support or related roles
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willingness to work in night and graveyard shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Basic computer knowledge
