Job Description

To handle the Compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other Corporate Laws
Well versed with SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI (PIT) Regulations and other SEBI regulations, etc to handle the compliance of Listed entities.
Support in conducting Board meetings, Boards Committee Meetings Annual/ Extra-ordinary General Meetings;
Drafting of Agenda and Minutes for the several meetings of Directors of Listed Companies and private companies;
Drafting Annual Reports of Listed Companies and Private Companies;
Handling of communication with various regulatory authorities, shareholders and other stakeholders;
Ensuring statutory compliances including filing of various forms for Private Companies
