Job Description
Job Summary
Join our team as a Cloud Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in MS Exchange Administration and M365 Messaging Migration to enhance our cloud infrastructure. With 4 to 6 years of experience you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless messaging services. This role requires working from our office during day shifts with no travel obligations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize MS Exchange environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Oversee M365 Messaging Migration projects ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for messaging-related issues enhancing user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging solutions with other cloud services.
- Develop and implement strategies for messaging security and compliance safeguarding company data.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to maintain optimal operation.
- Create and maintain documentation for messaging configurations and procedures ensuring knowledge transfer.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on new messaging features and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve messaging services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of disaster recovery strategies for messaging systems.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all messaging operations.
- Provide insights and reports on messaging system performance to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud services aligning with company goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in MS Exchange Administration with proven experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in M365 Messaging Migration ensuring efficient project execution.
- Have a solid understanding of messaging security and compliance requirements.
- Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex messaging issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
- Hold a relevant certification such as Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.
