Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and scale advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Python, modern ML/Deep Learning frameworks, and cloud-based ML platforms, with strong collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Desired Competencies
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and packages, including:
- Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Matplotlib, Caffe
- Expertise in Deep Learning frameworks:
- PyTorch, Keras, spaCy
- Solid understanding and implementation experience with Deep Learning architectures:
- CNNs, LSTMs, Self-Attention, Transformers
- Mandatory experience in image processing and computer vision
- Experience in designing and developing data science and AI applications, including:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Generative AI and GPT-based architectures
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Feature engineering and statistical modeling
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- Jupyter Notebook
- Common data science frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras)
- LangChain
- Flask / FastAPI
- Prompt engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with vector databases and graph-based document representations
- Exposure to or experience with MLOps pipelines
- Experience working with cloud ML platforms, such as:
- AWS SageMaker
- Azure Machine Learning
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Role Responsibilities & Expectations
- Design and implement scalable and efficient data and ML architectures to support generative AI workflows
- Fine-tune, optimize, and benchmark Large Language Models (LLMs) and other machine learning models
- Apply prompt engineering techniques based on specific business use cases
- Collaborate closely with research, engineering, and product teams to build and deploy generative AI solutions
- Break down complex data science and AI initiatives into well-defined, executable tasks
- Lead and mentor junior data engineers and ML practitioners in:
- Data pipeline design
- Dataset creation and validation
- Model deployment and monitoring
- Data visualization and analysis
- Apply machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and statistical techniques as required by the use case
