We are hiring Customer Service Associates for our International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates with prior experience in voice support and strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer queries related to products and services
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Deliver excellent communication and service quality

Candidate Profile

• Education: 10+2 (Mandatory) / Graduates
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Offs
• Two-way Cab Facility
