Role & responsibilities

Senior Salesforce RCA Developer : The role involves designing and developing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, working closely with technical leads and functional consultants to implement complex Quote-to-Cash requirements.  The developer will play a key role in ensuring high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.

Key Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL)
Experience working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ functionalities
Proven experience in implementing Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions
Ability to develop and customize:
Pricing and product configuration logic
Quote and order management processes
Strong knowledge of:
REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
Platform events and asynchronous processing
Data modeling and large data volume handling
Experience in writing:
Clean, scalable, and reusable code
Unit tests with high code coverage
Familiarity with:
CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
Code review processes and best practices
Ability to work closely with functional teams to understand and implement requirements
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II/RCA Consultant
Experience in CPQ to RCA migration projects
Exposure to billing systems and financial integrations
Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques
Experience in mentoring developers
