Sales Manager is responsible for driving business acquisition and disbursements through assigned channels and locations. The role focuses on sourcing quality leads, managing channel partners/DSAs, and ensuring end-to-end case movement from login to disbursement within defined TATs. The Sales Manager works closely with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure policy adherence, high conversion, and a strong customer experience, while meeting monthly business, productivity, and portfolio quality targets.
