Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Receive, review, and enter vendor invoices into the ERP system accurately and within SLA.
Match invoices to booking order
Validate invoice details (vendor, amounts, taxes, GL coding, approvals); route exceptions for resolution.
Respond to vendor inquiries and escalate unresolved issues.
Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of AP processes and automation initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
