Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Fresher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in databases and systems with high accuracy
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
Generate reports as required
Coordinate with team members for data-related tasks
Follow company guidelines and deadlines

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills

Eligibility Criteria:

Any graduate / diploma holder (freshers welcome)
Basic computer training certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

Fresher (01 year)
