Job Description
We are seeking a consultant Project Management (CPMS Tool Support)
Role & responsibilities
- Support implementation, configuration, and operationalization of the Central Project Management System (CPMS) across SAMEER.
- Assist in onboarding and mapping of ongoing projects into the CPMS platform including timelines, financials, resources, and deliverables.
- Support configuration of project workflows, dashboards, reporting templates, user roles, and approval hierarchies.
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of project schedules, milestone tracking, and portfolio-level monitoring.
- Generate project dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for monitoring project performance, risks, and dependencies.
- Support users in day-to-day utilization of the CPMS platform and provide troubleshooting assistance where required.
- Assist in conducting user training sessions, preparation of user manuals, and handholding support for system adoption.
- Maintain system documentation including configuration notes, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Support integration of the CPMS platform with other enterprise systems where required.
Assist the Program Manager and PMO team in ensuring compliance with defined project governance and reporting frameworks
Experience
- Experience in implementation, configuration, or administration of Project / Portfolio Management tools.
- Exposure to project planning, scheduling, monitoring frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Understanding of project governance, PMO processes, and MIS reporting.
- Experience in working with multi-stakeholder environments involving technical and administrative teams.
Desirable
- Prior Government experience
