Job Description
- Strong experience in software quality assurance
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, security)
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (like Cucumber, RightClick etc)
- Knowledge of JIRA, CI/CD practices and DevOps principles
- Experience with Java-based applications and microservices testing
- Experience with API testing and integration testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- Finance experience preferred - loan servicing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in managing QA cycle and automation framework - preferred
- Knowledge of Loan IQ product is a plus
- knowledge of syndication/origination is a plus
- Experience on a team using Agile project management strongly preferred.

This role is based in Chennai / Pune.
Purpose of the role
To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
