Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to manage and govern IT change processes, ensuring smooth release cycles and minimal business disruption. The candidate will work closely with development, operations, and business teams to drive structured and compliant change management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT change requests, approvals, and tracking
- Coordinate release and deployment activities across teams
- Maintain change logs, documentation, and audit trails
- Ensure adherence to ITIL-based change management processes
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams
- Conduct change impact analysis and risk assessment
- Facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
- Monitor and report on change success rates and KPIs
Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT Change Management & Release Management
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordination
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple changes in a fast-paced environment
