Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Non-Voice Process) to handle customer queries through chat/email support. The candidate should have strong written communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat and email in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  • Document interactions and maintain records

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a non-voice/customer support role
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Candidates must be located within a 15 km radius of Uppal
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
