Job Description

We are hiring a Business Analyst Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Support detailed requirements gathering and analysis across project management, digital transformation, and administrative processes.
• Document as-is and to-be processes, functional requirements, use cases, and workflows in coordination with SAMEER stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation of functional specifications, SOPs, user stories, and process documentation.
• Support configuration and onboarding of projects and processes into centralized systems, including project management and administrative platforms.
• Assist in development of MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics inputs in coordination with technical teams.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
• Maintain documentation repositories, requirement traceability matrices, and change logs.

Support preparation of presentations, reports, and review materials for program and steering committee meetings.

Experience

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and functional analysis for IT or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to multi-stakeholder environments involving technical, administrative, and management teams shall be an added advantage.

Desirable

• Postgraduate qualification in Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Prior Government experience
