Position: Engineering/ Pharma Recruiter (Only domestic experience is considered)
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Noida sector 62, C- block(Onsite)
Shift: 9 AM 6 PM

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic recruiter with expertise in Pharma/Life Sciences and Engineering/Manufacturing hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and delivering high-quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Pharma / Life Sciences Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Pharma & Life Sciences roles including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, QA/QC, and Manufacturing
• Source and engage niche talent across pharma, biotech, and healthcare domains
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Ensure quick turnaround time with quality candidate delivery

Engineering / Manufacturing Hiring

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering & Manufacturing roles across Automotive, Industrial, EPC, and Heavy Engineering sectors
• Source candidates for roles in design, production, R&D, support functions, and supply chain
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and timelines
• Manage multiple open positions while ensuring timely closures

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Pharma / Life Sciences OR Engineering hiring (preferably both)
• Expertise in sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience with job portals and sourcing platforms
