Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Strong skills in store management, team management, floor management, store operations, retail operations, store setup, inventory management, inventory control, retail planning, shrinkage control.
- 10-14 years of experience in Team management on a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, material requirement planning, and shrinkage control.
- Oversee floor management, team management, and retail operations to ensure efficient store setup and supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies for retail planning, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication with the operations team to achieve business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics such as stock levels, sales figures, and customer feedback
