Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Architecture & Design - Define end-to-end **frontend architecture** for scalable, high-availability web applications. - Establish
**design patterns, coding standards, and best practices** for React-based applications. - Design **component-driven architectures
**, micro-frontends, and state management strategies. - Ensure application architecture aligns with **security, performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO
** standards. ### Development Leadership - Lead and mentor frontend engineers; provide architectural guidance and code reviews. - Collaborate with backend architects, product managers, and UX designers. - Drive adoption of **modern React patterns**, Hooks, Context API, and performance optimizations. - Evaluate and recommend frontend frameworks, libraries, and tools. ### Technical Execution - Build complex user interfaces using **ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3**. - Implement state management solutions such as **Redux, Zustand, or React Query**. - Design reusable UI components and shared libraries. - Optimize application performance (lazy loading, code splitting, caching). - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design. ### DevOps & Quality - Integrate CI/CD pipelines for frontend builds and deployments. - Ensure high-quality code via unit testing, integration testing, and E2E testing. - Work with cloud and container-based environments as needed. - Monitor production issues and drive continuous improvements. ## Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong expertise in **ReactJS** and modern JavaScript (ES6+) - Deep understanding of **frontend architecture and design patterns** - Experience with **Redux / Context API / React Query** - Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, Sass/SCSS**, and responsive design - Experience in **RESTful APIs**, GraphQL is a plus - Solid understanding of **web performance optimization** - Knowledge of **security best practices** for web applications - Experience with **build tools**: Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn - Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and version control (Git)
