Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using React JS and Spring Boot to enhance user experience and system performance.
- Oversee the integration of microservices architecture to ensure seamless communication between different components of the application.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain RESTful web services to facilitate efficient data exchange and improve application functionality.
- Implement best practices in coding and software development to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainability.
- Utilize Maven for project management and build automation streamlining the development process and improving efficiency.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and enhancing system reliability.
- Optimize application performance through effective use of Core Java and PL/SQL ensuring fast and responsive user experiences.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget contributing to the company's strategic goals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to improve existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining user trust.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in Maven, React JS, Spring Boot and microservices architecture is essential.
- Proficiency in Node JS, Spring Core and REST Web Services is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and PL/SQL is required for effective application development.
- Experience in a hybrid work model and ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Certifications Preferred:
- Certified Java Developer AWS Certified Solutions Architect
