Job Summary:
As the Databricks Practice Head at Partner/AVP level in Chennai, you will lead and scale our data engineering and Databricks practice. You will drive delivery excellence, mentor senior teams, and ensure high-impact outcomes for clients through strong data engineering leadership and hands-on expertise with Databricks--preferably on Azure.

Required Qualification:
Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience in data engineering and leadership roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Own the Databricks practice direction in Chennai, including strategy, growth, and execution for data engineering engagements.
* Lead end-to-end data engineering initiatives, ensuring robust design, reliable pipelines, and scalable data solutions using Databricks.
* Provide strong leadership to engineering teams--setting standards, mentoring, and driving performance across delivery cycles.
* Serve as a senior technical and practice leader for Databricks engagements, guiding architecture and implementation decisions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery plans with business outcomes, ensuring quality and timely execution.
* Build and strengthen client relationships by demonstrating deep expertise in Databricks and data engineering practices.
* (Preferred) Support delivery management activities to improve planning, execution, and delivery governance across engagements.
