Managing effectively the Project Operations so that projects are completed on time and cost is under control.
Providing direction to the Project Site Teams so that all existing projects are meeting set goals.
Planning for all resource requirements (both men & material) in conjunction with General Manager, Finance and HR team.
Providing actual cost estimates to Finance team.
Assisting the Planning Department for preparation of project schedules.
Ensuring that necessary inputs are provided to the Finance team so that timely billing and collection activities can be completed.
Reviewing and approving PQP.
Preparing CTC Reports and presenting it to the Sr. Management of QBG-C.
Providing support and direction to Project teams so as to retain competent Human Resources.
Providing project/technical updates during critical negotiations with Clients/Consultants.
Interviewing technical candidates of operational staff in conjunction with Head of Operations.
Learning about various improvement and advances made in the industry so that these new techniques and solutions can be implemented on current/future projects so as to help reduce cost and improve efficiency.
Providing performance update to the General Manager, QBG Board and QBG Senior management.
Ensuring that all business targets set for the department for the year is met / exceeded.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
