Job Title: Senior Progress 4GL Developer
Location: Gurugram (WFO)
Experience: 5+ Years

Client: Aumnitech

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Progress 4GL Developer with strong expertise in Progress OpenEdge and hands-on experience with .NET technologies. The role involves leading migration and modernization of legacy Progress applications to .NET Core.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead migration of Progress 4GL/ABL applications to .NET Core
Analyze and reverse engineer existing Progress codebase
Design integration solutions (APIs/microservices)
Develop applications using .NET Core (C#)
Ensure code quality and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Progress 4GL/ABL (OpenEdge)
Experience with Progress RDBMS
Exposure to migration/modernization projects
Hands-on with .NET Core / C#
Experience with APIs and integrations

Nice to Have:

SQL Server or other databases
AWS/Azure exposure
Git, CI/CD tools
Angular/React
