Job Title: SAP Test Lead / SAP Test Manager
Experience: 7-10 Years (Minimum 5 Years in Leadership Role)
Location: Pan India
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead / Test Manager to drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution for SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep SAP functional knowledge, and expertise in managing large-scale testing programs across multiple phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies and test plans for SAP projects
- Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Lead and mentor test teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and reporting
- Conduct defect triage and ensure timely resolution with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers
- Ensure proper documentation of test artifacts (test cases, plans, reports)
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP Testing, including SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a Test Lead/Manager role
- Hands-on expertise in SAP modules such as:
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- MM (Materials Management)
- FICO (Finance & Controlling)
- EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- QM (Quality Management)
- Experience with test management tools like Helix and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of test automation and performance testing tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP Activate framework
