Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and highly organised Internal Corporate Communications Resource who can own and execute internal communication and coordination functions.
This role will be responsible for ensuring:
- Strong internal communication flow across teams and leadership
- Smooth coordination between company and Torrocks for marketing/PR outputs
- Strong brand consistency across internal and external touchpoints
- Controlled access and governance of company official digital platforms
Key Responsibilities
1) Internal Communication & Culture Building
- Plan and execute internal communication initiatives (announcements, updates, milestones, achievements)
- Draft internal newsletters, circulars, event updates, and leadership messages
- Build a consistent internal tone that aligns with co's mission and warrior-first culture
2) Agency & Marketing Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC)
- Coordinate timely inputs, approvals, and internal alignments for marketing deliverables
- Track campaign progress, content pipelines, and publishing schedules
- Ensure all communications align with approved brand messaging and standards
3) Social Media Access & Governance
- Manage access control for official co's social media handles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Ensure data security, password governance, and admin permissions are maintained
- Coordinate post scheduling, approvals, uploads and publishing workflows
- Ensure internal stakeholders are updated on performance and visibility
4) PR & Internal Stakeholder Alignment
- Support PR efforts by:
- Collecting internal updates for potential stories
- Coordinating approvals for press releases and announcements
- Maintaining alignment between internal communications and external PR narratives
- Work closely with leadership and HR to ensure communication is timely, accurate, and aligned
5) Content Documentation & Brand Compliance
- Maintain a repository of:
- Approved brand messaging
- Internal announcements
- Visual assets and templates
- Ensure internal documents, posters, decks and announcements follow brand guidelines
- Support coordination for photoshoots, events and media creation activities
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong writing and editing skills (English) with a professional corporate tone
- Ability to translate technical/tactical work into simple, powerful narratives
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Strong coordination and follow-up discipline
- Understanding of brand consistency, tone of voice, and communication governance
- Skilled in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, Photo and Video Editing tools, Meta Business Suite
