These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.We are seeking an experienced to join our FP&A team, combining traditional financial planning expertise with advanced data engineering and business intelligence capabilities. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between finance and technology, delivering actionable insights through sophisticated data modeling and visualization.

Expert-level Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, administration)Advanced SQL and database managementMicrosoft Copilot for Power BI implementation and optimizationData visualization and storytellingFinancial modeling and analysisETL/ELT processes and data pipeline developmentExcel advanced functions and financial modelingPower Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate)Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modelingDemonstrated experience with data engineering tools and techniques (SQL, Python/R, ETL processes)Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot for Power BI and AI-driven analyticsStrong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and business metricsExperience with cloud platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS) and modern data stack technologiesExcellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts to diverse audiencesExperience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar data platform technologies
Roles and Responsibilities: Create sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into financial performanceDevelop interactive visualizations for executive dashboards, operational metrics, and KPI trackingImplement row-level security and advanced DAX calculations for complex financial metricsDesign self-service analytics solutions that empower business users to explore data independentlyMaintain and enhance existing Power BI environments including dataset optimization and performance tuningDesign and implement scalable data pipelines to integrate financial data from multiple ERP/EPM systems, databases, and external sourcesBuild and maintain data warehouses and marts optimized for financial reporting and analysisDevelop automated ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timelinessCollaborate with IT teams to establish data governance frameworks and security protocolsOptimize database performance and troubleshoot data quality issuesLeverage Microsoft Copilot to accelerate report development and enhance data storytelling capabilitiesImplement natural language query features to make financial data more accessible to non-technical stakeholdersUtilize Copilot s AI capabilities for automated insights generation and anomaly detection in financial dataTrain business users on Copilot functionality to promote self-service analytics adoptionStay current with Copilot feature releases and integrate new capabilities into existing workflowsDesign dimensional data models and star schemas optimized for financial reporting requirementsCreate calculated fields, measures, and KPIs that align with business objectives and accounting standardsImplement data validation rules and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracyDevelop predictive models for revenue forecasting, expense planning, and risk assessment
