AVP Talent Management

Role Purpose
The AVP Talent Management will be responsible for driving employee engagement, retention, and growth enablement for the assigned segment(s) within the organization. This role will act as a strategic HR partner to senior business leaders, translating business and workforce priorities into impactful talent strategies that build a highperformance, futureready organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Engagement & Employee Experience
Lead and implement segmentspecific engagement strategies aligned to business goals.
Drive engagement diagnostics and enable actionoriented interventions.
Strengthen people leadership capability and foster an inclusive, hightrust culture.
Retention & Workforce Stability
Analyze attrition trends and implement targeted retention strategies, especially for critical roles and highpotential talent.
Enable manager accountability for retention and team stability outcomes.
Growth Enablement & Career Architecture
Design and enable career paths, internal mobility frameworks, and succession pipelines.
Partner with L&D to drive capability building aligned to future skills and business needs.
Performance & Talent Governance
Own performance management, talent review, succession planning, and moderation processes for the segment.
Ensure consistency, fairness, and governance across all talent decisions.
Leadership & Business Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, org effectiveness, and talent risk.
Lead change management for people and operating model transformations.
Mandatory Industry Exposure
Prior HR leadership experience in Healthcare / BPM environments is mandatory.
Strong exposure to large, operationsdriven workforce models, including attritionsensitive populations.
Experience supporting RCM, HIM, payer/provider operations, or healthcare support services is strongly preferred.
Ability to align talent practices with regulatory, compliance, and clientdriven delivery models.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies
Strategic HR leadership with strong business and execution acumen
Deep expertise in engagement, retention, talent reviews, succession, and career frameworks
Strong people analytics and datadriven decisionmaking capability
Executive presence with influence across senior stakeholders
Handson experience with Workday or equivalent enterprise HR platforms
High emotional intelligence and coaching orientation
Qualification & Experience
Postgraduate degree in HR / Management / Organizational Psychology
18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Experience working closely with CXOs and business heads in large, complex organizations more than 10,000 members.
Candidates with relevant industry experience will be prioritized
