Job Description

Job Title: CCTV Operator

Location: Gurgaon (In ofc)
Employment Type: Contract for 1 years

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV footage of assigned hotel properties on a regular basis.
Identify and report any suspicious activities, safety concerns, or operational issues.
Ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
Maintain logs and records of incidents observed during monitoring.
Coordinate with hotel staff and management in case of emergencies or escalations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols.
Review recorded footage when required for investigation or audit purposes.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or hotel operations is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle surveillance software.
Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Candidate must have their own laptop
