Job Description

Manage accounting entries in D365, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, AP processes, and weekly payment files.

Handle payroll processing, salary payouts, F&F settlements, payroll accounting, and monthly MIS reporting.
Ensure payroll compliances including PF, PT, TDS, ESIC, LWF, gratuity, leave encashment, bonuses, and Form-16/eTDS filings.
Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and India operations accounting with cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate with HR and internal teams for payroll inputs, validations, and timely processing.

Minimum Requirement:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance with 34 years of experience in Finance & Payroll. Preferably from ITES, Media, Entertainment, or E-commerce industries, with strong accounting knowledge, AP process understanding, software proficiency, and the ability to work independently with accuracy.
